Compliance/LGPD and Corporate Law
Lawyer with solid experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Personal Data Protection (LGPD) and Corporate Law. Worked at Serviços de Petróleo Constellation S.A., supporting the company’s compliance with the LGPD, leading contractual negotiations with suppliers and developing corporate training on data protection.
Currently a Junior Associate at GTLawyers, working on the negotiation and review of commercial contracts, incorporation of companies, alignment of corporate policies and strategic compliance, serving international clients based in Canada and France. Her career is focused on corporate and business law, with an emphasis on contracts, data protection and corporate law, and on designing strategic legal solutions aligned with the needs of international companies and regulatory risk mitigation.
