Anne is a partner and managing partner of GT Lawyers' Rio de Janeiro office, established in 2017. She practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Commercial Contracts, Compliance and Data Privacy. 

Anne specializes in cross-border operations involving North American or European companies. She advises on the incorporation and reorganization of companies, as well as the structuring of joint venture agreements and other forms of business partnerships and foreign investments in Brazil. As the partner responsible for the firm's Compliance and Data Privacy department, she assists companies in achieving compliance with Anti-Corruption and Personal Data Protection legislation. 

Vice-President of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC) for the 2017-2019, 2019-2021, and 2021-2023 terms. Statutory Legal Director of the CCBC for the 2023-2025 term. Member of the CCBC Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term. Anne has also coordinated CCBC activities in Rio de Janeiro since 2016 (Chapter Rio).

Anne is a member of the Barreau du Québec (Canada), as well as the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo Bar Associations (OABs).


Education:

  • She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal (LLB) and revalidated her Canadian diploma in Brazil, at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). She also holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Law and Economics.
