Has experience structuring and negotiating SPAs, shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganizations, and venture capital transactions, in addition to coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with the capital markets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP); and
- LLM in Corporate Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper).
