Em 28 de novembro de 2023, a C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio Fran\u00e7a-Brasil promoveu o evento intitulado “Novo Marco Cambial: As Recentes Altera\u00e7\u00f5es da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O encontro foi organizado pelas Comiss\u00f5es de Com\u00e9rcio Exterior e de Comiss\u00e3o Legal da CCIFB, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa s\u00f3cia fundadora, Tamy Tanzilli, que atua como vice-l\u00edder na Comiss\u00e3o Legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O tema foi abordado em tr\u00eas palestras ministradas pelos senhores Fernando Marques Borges (Diretor da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de C\u00e2mbio – ABRACAM), Filipe Mano (S\u00f3cio da L2M) e Vinicius Vieira (Head of Business Development \u2013 Bexs Banco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foram discutidos diversos t\u00f3picos, como as mudan\u00e7as significativas no cotidiano das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de c\u00e2mbio e nos registros de capitais e as novas regras relacionadas a investimentos estrangeiros e empr\u00e9stimos do exterior, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Lei 14.286.\/21 tem como objetivo facilitar, modernizar e proporcionar maior seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de com\u00e9rcio exterior e no mercado de c\u00e2mbio e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em resumo, a nova lei traz maior clareza e contribui tanto para atrair investidores para o Brasil quanto para facilitar investimentos internacionais por parte de entidades brasileiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
