The aim is to check for salary discrepancies between men\nand women in the same position. Companies must submit their information by February 29, as the\nportal has been available since January 221. This procedure aligns with Law No. 14,661\/2023 and\nrelated regulations, which establish measures to promote salary transparency in employment and\nfight gender pay inequality. The MTE will publish the reports biannually, in March and September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (\u201cMTE\u201d) anunciou a abertura do ambiente virtual \u2013 \u201c\u00c1rea do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empregador no Portal Emprega Brasil\u201d \u2013 para o preenchimento ou corre\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados que compor\u00e3o o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>relat\u00f3rio de transpar\u00eancia salarial. O objetivo \u00e9 verificar a presen\u00e7a de discrep\u00e2ncias salariais entre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>homens e mulheres na mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o. As empresas t\u00eam como prazo limite para o envio das<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>informa\u00e7\u00f5es o dia 29 de fevereiro, estando o portal dispon\u00edvel desde 22 de janeiro1. Este procedimento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>est\u00e1 alinhado \u00e0 Lei n\u00ba 14.661\/2023 e a regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es correlatas, que estabelecem medidas para<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>promover a transpar\u00eancia salarial no emprego e combater a desigualdade de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o por g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos relat\u00f3rios pelo MTE ocorrer\u00e1 semestralmente, nos meses de mar\u00e7o e setembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dados a serem fornecidos devem conter, no m\u00ednimo, detalhes sobre os empregados, tais como cargo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e fun\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de todas as formas de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo: sal\u00e1rio-base, 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio, bonifica\u00e7\u00f5es,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>comiss\u00f5es, horas extras, adicionais noturno, de insalubridade\/periculosidade\/penosidade, ter\u00e7o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>constitucional de f\u00e9rias, aviso pr\u00e9vio indenizado, descanso semanal remunerado (\u201cDSR\u201d), gorjetas e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>demais ganhos previstos em acordos coletivos da categoria. Estas informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser enviadas por<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>meio do Portal Emprega Brasil do MTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As empresas que j\u00e1 realizaram a entrega de dados atrav\u00e9s do eSocial devem atualizar ou adicionar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>informa\u00e7\u00f5es para poss\u00edveis averigua\u00e7\u00f5es de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o salarial pelo MTE. O Minist\u00e9rio tamb\u00e9m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>comunicou que poder\u00e1 solicitar documentos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais caso necess\u00e1rio, ap\u00f3s a entrega<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>das informa\u00e7\u00f5es no ambiente virtual.
