During a week-long business trip in Paris, Tamy Tanzilli, Anne-Catherine Brunschwig, Carolina Moresco, and C\u00e9cile Verdeaux have had the opportunity to organize, on October 10, a conference on foreign investment in Brazil at the Brazilian Embassy in Paris, in collaboration with Pramex International and Velours International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conference Speakers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pramex International<\/strong>, with Jerome Dupas, who shared insights on the economic context in Brazil, M&A and the positive economic recovery in 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. GTLawyers<\/strong>, represented by Tanzilli Tamy, who presented a legal overview of investments in Brazil: towards a simplification of the legal and regulatory framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Velours International<\/strong>, with Laurent Serafini, addressed the topic: how to protect your investments and assets in Brazil?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019ve also had the privilege of hearing two inspiring testimonials from J\u00e9r\u00f4me Leboeuf<\/strong> of NOREMAT Ltda. and Stephane Lehning<\/strong> of Laboratoires Lehning, who shared their investment experience in Brazil, whether through company creation or acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
