Sa mission est de favoriser les \u00e9changes professionnels en \u00e9tant un r\u00e9seau accessible et solide. Cr\u00e9e il y a peu par quatre professionnelles d\u2019horizons diff\u00e9rents, le r\u00e9seau compte 140 membres que l\u2019on surnomme d\u00e9sormais \u00ables FEW\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/d6297d_1917c25806fc4a2a847bfeb289372c9f~mv2.png\/v1\/fit\/w_300,h_300,al_c,q_5,enc_auto\/file.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ba5fc\">Depuis octobre 2017, les rencontres alternent entre petit-d\u00e9jeuner et Happy Hour. Les premiers \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont eu pour but de r\u00e9unir les membres afin que celles-ci se connaissent et commencent \u00e0 \u00e9changer. En F\u00e9vrier, les organisatrices ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019essayer un nouveau format qui leur tenait \u00e0 c\u0153ur : le d\u00e9bat avec questions du public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-hu5c9\">Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni 60 personnes. Les FEW y ont invit\u00e9 trois femmes \u2013 deux top executive fran\u00e7aises et Tamy Tanzilli, avocate-entrepreneuse franco-br\u00e9silienne du Cabinet GTLawyers\u2013 \u00e0 d\u00e9battre sur des questions telles que \u00ab Y a-t-il une strat\u00e9gie pour \u00e9voluer professionnellement quand on est une femme ?\u00bb \u00ab Existe-t-il un style de management au f\u00e9minin ?\u00bb ou encore \u00ab Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019expatriation vous a apport\u00e9 et quelles difficult\u00e9s y sont li\u00e9es ?\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-fvlcf\">Tamy a pu ainsi partager son exp\u00e9rience aupr\u00e8s des membres du r\u00e9seau en expliquant le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de sa carri\u00e8re mais \u00e9galement en r\u00e9pondant de mani\u00e8re spontan\u00e9e et authentique aux questions qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es. Elle a pu ainsi faire conna\u00eetre le cabinet au plus grand nombre en mettant en lumi\u00e8re son \u00e9volution depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bmugs\">La rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s et a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie d\u2019un petit d\u00e9jeuner, car le fait cr\u00e9er du lien avec et entre les participantes est primordial pour les French Executive Women. \u00c0 moyen terme, un des objectifs est de continuer \u00e0 diversifier les rencontres avec des conf\u00e9rences, des d\u00e9bats et des groupes de travail, et aussi de cr\u00e9er des partenariats.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A French Executive WomenS\u00e3o Paulo\u00e9 uma rede profissional de mulheres francesas no Brasil voltada para o desenvolvimento de carreiras.
